Induction cooktops
An induction cooktop heats the pan quickly, without the cooktop itself becoming hot. This happens with a magnetic field. That's why induction is very safe and useful when you have small children running around. With electric cooking, the heat goes directly to the pan and there's little heat loss. You can choose from built-in induction cooktops and freestanding cooktops. If you switch from cooking on gas, choose a 1-phase induction cooktop. Want to grill? Choose an induction cooktop with a flexible cooking zone. Note: check the cutout dimensions well, so you're sure it fits in your countertop.
